Tutorial Tuesday: Voile Baby Blankets, Voile Pajama Pants, Voile Scarf tutorials

I have always loved the buttery softness of voile fabrics. Voile is a soft slightly sheer fabric made of cotton or a cotton blend. Often used for clothing or sheer curtains. The new voiles are often used in quilts. I think they would make a very luxurious pillow case. You really can use them in any pattern you would use a regular cotton and the price on them has come down in the past few years. Here are a few tutorials using these super soft fabrics.

Around our home. Finding beauty in the everyday

Here are a few things I found beautiful in our everyday…

A steal of a garage sale find. My husband wants to paint them aqua.

Baby strawberries coming up after the long winter. I just love the perennial plants that come up without any effort.

Flying kites in the backyard on a windy day.

Some beautiful flowers at the green house.

Some farm art at our favorite place to buy garden seed. Heirloom seeds from Seed Savers.

First day of swimming pool fun!

My little girl is all girl and is creative.

Helping hands in the dirt. Getting our starts in the garden.
